本文按卫生部与联合国儿童基金会儿童腹泻病控制规划合作项目实施方案,对桦川县2750名5岁以下儿童腹泻病现状进行入户调查。结果显示:年发病率为1.77次/人,24h内患病半为4.48％,持续性腹泻率(两周以上)为1.2％。提示该县儿童腹泻病趋于较高水平,应引起卫生部门、家庭及社会的重视。
Based on the implementation plan of cooperation project between the Ministry of Public Health and UNICEF on children's diarrheal diseases control, this paper conducts a household survey on the status of diarrhea in 2750 children under 5 years in Huachuan County. The results showed that the annual incidence rate was 1.77 times per person, the prevalence rate was 4.48% in 24 hours, and the persistent diarrhea rate was 1.2% for more than two weeks. Prompted that the county children with diarrhea tends to a higher level, should cause the health sector, family and community attention.
