苏联恰图拉和尼科波尔地区锰矿选矿厂洗矿锰矿泥的选别,目前最常用的方法是浮选。浮选给矿粒度为-0.16+0.04mm。对粗颗粒要磨矿到-0.16mm,而细粒(-0.04mm)则送入尾矿场。此时锰的损失达20~22%。黑色金属选矿研究设计院提出了强化锰矿泥选别过程的两个方向:1)提高浮选的粒度上限:2)寻求细泥的处理方法。
