In order to make the polyurethane elastomer more widely used in soft sensor, use physical blending to mix carbon iflers in different proportion into pre dimer of polyether polyurethane, to form conductive polyurethane elastomer through chain extending and vulcanization. The electrical properties of the material were studied and the mechanical properties of polyurethane elastomer were analyzed by electronic universal testing machine. Experimental results show that the addition of the carbon iflers equip polyurethane elastomer with electro conductibility, and the addition of carbon iflers can change mechanical property of materials on different degree, the addition of carbon nanotubes can improve the mechanical properties of materials.
