随着高等教育与社会就业之间的供需矛盾的突出,“订单式”人才培养模式逐渐在各种类型的高等学校中展开。目前,“订单式”人才培养模式在高等职业技术教育领域有较多的探讨和实践,但是,在高等教育领域的实践尚处于探索阶段。随着我国本科教育规模的扩大,本科毕业生的就业压力越来越大,而且在一些专业,本科生的就业还受到来自高等职业技术院校的学生竞争。“订单式”人才培养模式从理论上能缓解这一矛盾,并进一步提升高等教育的质量。一、“订单式”人才培养模式的理念及在高等教育中的运用
