矿石和选矿产品中硫的测定,常用硫酸钡重量法,但该法手续繁杂,需时较长,特别在冶金企业的生产控制、产品检验等方面,不能满足要求。用燃烧中和法(YB494-75铜精矿化学分析方法)测定硫,已在一些实验室中被采用,由于该方法影响因素多,一般都认为是一个经验值,分析数据与重量法相比,都系统偏低1.5~7%左右。为了克服此现象,有些单位则采用硫标准样品,进行标定标准溶液,以抵消其误差,但由于硫矿样品不易保存,时间愈长,其硫的含量变化愈大。作者较系统地试验了吸收装置、燃烧温度、空气流量及干扰元素等因素,找出该法偏低的原因,并加以克服和改进。

Determination of sulfur by the combustion neutralization method (chemical analysis of YB494-75 copper concentrate) has been used in some laboratories. Since this method has many influencing factors, it is generally considered to be an empirical value. Compared with the gravimetric method, The system is low about 1.5 to 7%. In order to overcome this phenomenon, some units use sulfur standard samples to calibrate the standard solution to offset the error. However, the longer the sulfur samples, the greater the change of sulfur content. The author systematically tested the absorption device, combustion temperature, air flow and interference elements and other factors to find out the reasons for the law of low, and to overcome and improve.
