用经中药穿心莲苦味素内酯进行中期妊娠引产的胎盘标本12例,并以正常中期妊娠钳夹引产的胎盘6例作为对照标本,进行组织学和组织化学的观察;还用免抗HCG血清PAP法,进行免疫组织化学的观察。穿心莲引产的胎盘绒毛合体滋养层胞质嗜碱性普遍减弱,RNA染色反应减弱,HCG免疫反应也普遍下降。5例用药后自然娩出胎盘的蜕膜细胞AcP酶反应升高;而2例用药后人工引产胎盘的蜕膜细胞AcP酶反应未升高。这些改变表明,中药穿心莲使大部分的胎盘合体滋养层受到损伤,并使其合成HCG的功能下降。5例引产成功者,蜕膜细胞AcP酶反应升高,2例引产不成功者,蜕膜细胞AcP酶反应未升高,提示溶酶体酶的改变,可能与引产中子宫收缩的发动有一定关系。
12 cases of placenta induced by mid-term pregnancy induced by traditional Chinese medicine andrographis medinalis and 6 cases of placenta induced by normal mid-term pregnancy were used as control samples for histological and histochemical observation. These changes indicate that the Chinese medicine Andrographolide most of the placental syncytiotrophoblasts damaged, and make its synthesis of HCG decreased function. 5 cases of successful induction of labor, decidual cell AcP enzyme reaction increased, 2 cases of successful induction of labor, decidual cell AcP enzyme reaction was not elevated, suggesting that alterations in lysosomal enzymes may be related to the induction of labor in the contraction of the uterus have a certain relationship.
