介绍了一种圆切料方式的自动冷镦机，其新型导程凸轮使剪切和送料运行平稳，摩擦系数和冲击力小，降低了噪声，提高了冷镦件质量。通过采用强制冷却措施及润滑液与冷却液分开处理，提高了机器的使用寿命。
A new type of automatic cold heading machine with circular cutting is introduced. The new type of lead cam makes the shearing and feeding stable, the friction coefficient and the impact force are small, the noise is reduced and the quality of the cold heading part is improved. Through the use of forced cooling measures and lubricating fluid and coolant separate treatment, improve the service life of the machine.
