目的了解试验场区人员皮肤癣菌病种类、发病率、传播途径,探索有效的预防措施和治疗手段。方法选择18~38岁男性人员757人作为调查研究对象,分为试验场区和非试验场区两组,对足癣、手癣、体股癣进行真菌学检测并分组实施外用药物治疗。结果试验场区人员皮肤癣菌病发病率高于非试验场区人员,足癣发病率最高,病原菌主要是红色毛癣菌,酮康唑涂膜剂、抗菌洗脚液疗效好。结论皮肤癣菌病影响参试人员身体健康,积极预防和治疗至关重要。
Objective To understand the types, incidence rates and transmission routes of dermatophytosis in experimental field area and to explore effective preventive measures and treatments. Methods A total of 757 males aged 18-38 years were selected as the research object. The experimental groups were divided into two groups: experimental field and non-experimental field. Mycological tests on tinea pedis, hand ringworm and tinea corporis were conducted and divided into groups for external drug treatment. Results The incidence rate of dermatophytosis in test site was higher than that in non-test site, and the incidence of tinea pedis was the highest. The pathogen was mainly Trichophyton rubrum, ketoconazole coating agent and antibacterial washing liquid. Conclusion The dermatophyte disease affects the physical health of the participants and is of crucial importance in the active prevention and treatment.
