我院过去所制的胎盤粉,因其气味腥臭,往往给病人一种劣性刺激,同时容易吸潮敗坏,不好保管。现经多次試驗,制成糖衣丸,制品美观,基本上已嗅不出胎盘腥。兹將其制造方法介紹如下: 取新鮮胎盘,洗淨血污,除去羊膜,切成小碎塊,置干燥箱中于70℃烘干。再用乳缽研細,过60号筛面成胎盤粉。取胎盤粉90份,碳酸鈣10份,苯甲酸纳0.2份,充份混合,再加适量的麵糊作粘合剂,充分揉合,使其能完全粘合为止。然后搓成0.2克左右重量的小丸,于碳酸鈣粉中滚圆,在室溫中自干愿珊笥煤Y將丸上的碳酸鈣滾去,丸剂的表面只余下少量的碳酸鈣。再將丸剂置糖漿中裹糖漿。糖漿裹上后,再于碳酸鈣粉中滾裹。置室溫自干后,用篩滾去多余的碳酸鈣粉,即得白色胎盤糖衣丸。注解: 1.选用碳酸鈣作賦形剂是为了增进丸剂的崩解
The placenta powder that was made in our hospital was often badly irritated because of its odor, and it was easy to absorb moisture and not keep it well. After several trials, sugar-coated pills have been made. The products are beautiful and basically no placenta has been smelled. The manufacturing method is described as follows: Take fresh placenta, wash the blood, remove the amniotic membrane, cut into small pieces, and dry in a drying oven at 70°C. Then use a mortar to make a fine, over 60 mesh surface into placental powder. Take 90 parts of placenta powder, 10 parts of calcium carbonate, 0.2 parts of sodium benzoate, mix thoroughly, and add an appropriate amount of batter as an adhesive, fully knead it, so that it can be fully bonded. Then, about 0.2 g of pellets were weighed and spheronized in calcium carbonate powder. At the room temperature, the calcium carbonate on the pellets was rolled away from the dried pellets, and only a small amount of calcium carbonate remained on the surface of the pellets. The pills are then placed in syrup and wrapped in syrup. The syrup is wrapped and then rolled in calcium carbonate powder. After being dried at room temperature, the excess calcium carbonate powder was rolled off with a sieve to obtain a white placental dragate. Notes: 1.
