目的探讨三维超声Omniview(Omniview,自由解剖切面)技术联合容积对比成像VCI(volume contrast image容积对比成像)技术,评价胎儿颅后窝池及小脑蚓部发育的应用价值。方法对28例经二维超声检查中疑似为颅后窝池发育异常的胎儿,每一病例都运用三维超声Omniview技术联合容积对比成像VCI技术获取胎儿颅脑的正中矢状切面对其进行分析。结果检查28例胎儿(22-32孕周)伴有下列中枢神经系统畸形:Dandy-Walker畸形,BIakeporch囊肿,颅后窝蛛网膜囊肿,小脑蚓部发育不良,单纯后颅窝增宽。结论三维超声Omniview技术联合容积对比成像VCI技术有助于清晰显示胎儿颅后窝结构,增进胎儿颅脑检查的完整性,为评估胎儿颅脑解剖正常与异常提供了一种更为简便、快速和有效的方法,可以成为常规应用技术。
Objective To evaluate the value of three dimensional ultrasound Omniview (Omniview, free anatomical section) combined with volume contrast imaging (VCI) to evaluate the development of fetal posterior fossa cerebellum and cerebellar vermis. Methods Twenty-eight fetuses suspected of posterior cranial fossa paradigm in two-dimensional ultrasonography were enrolled in this study. Each case was analyzed by three-dimensional ultrasound Omniview technique combined with volume contrast imaging (VCI) technique to obtain the median sagittal section of fetal brain . RESULTS: Twenty-eight fetuses (22-32 gestational weeks) were examined with the following deformities of the central nervous system: Dandy-Walker deformity, BIakeporch’s cyst, posterior fossa arachnoid cyst, cerebellar vermis dysplasia, simple posterior fossa enlargement. Conclusion The combination of three-dimensional ultrasound Omniview technology and volume contrast imaging VCI technology can help to clearly show the structure of fetal posterior fossa and improve the integrity of fetal brain examination. It provides a simpler, faster and more accurate method for assessing fetal brain anatomy and abnormalities Effective method can become a routine application technology.
