1987～1990年,在部际图书情报协调委员会(简称部际协调委)领导和国家社科基金会资助下的全国文献资源调查与布局研究,是我国图书情报事业建设史上的一件大事。近10年来,文献采集工作已越来越引起图书情报界的关注,并逐步由微观的馆藏建设转向宏观的文献资源建设。1986年11月,中国图书馆学会南宁会议呼吁尽快开展全国性的文献资源调查。接着,国家社科基金会决定将“全国社科文献资源调查”课题列为“七五”社科基金的重点资助
From 1987 to 1990, the investigation and layout of the national literature resources under the leadership of the Inter-Ministry Library and Information Coordination Committee (hereinafter referred to as the Inter-Ministerial Coordination Committee) and the National Social Science Foundation were major events in the history of library and information service in our country. In the past 10 years, the collection of literatures has drawn more and more attention in the library and information industry and gradually shifted from the construction of microscopic collections to the construction of macroscopic literature resources. In November 1986, Nanning, China Library Society called for a nationwide survey of literature resources as soon as possible. Next, the National Social Science Foundation decided to list the “National Social Science Resource Survey” as a key subsidy for the “July-May” Social Science Fund
