采用插层聚合的方法对蒙脱土进行了层间改性,通过X射线衍射仪、转矩流变仪、红外光谱仪等对改性蒙脱土的层间结构进行了表征,比较了改性蒙脱土对顺丁橡胶/聚苯乙烯、丁苯橡胶/聚酰胺、聚乙烯/聚苯乙烯共混物流变性能的影响。结果表明,苯乙烯是良好的插层剂,能使蒙脱土完全分层,可降低共混纳料材米的熔融黏度。
The interlayer modification of montmorillonite was carried out by intercalation polymerization. The interlayer structure of the modified montmorillonite was characterized by X-ray diffractometer, torque rheometer and infrared spectrometer. The modified Effect of Montmorillonite on Rheological Properties of Butadiene Rubber / Polystyrene, Styrene Butadiene Rubber / Polyamide, Polyethylene / Polystyrene Blend. The results show that styrene is a good intercalation agent, montmorillonite can completely delaminate, reducing the melt viscosity of the blended nano-materials.
