针对空间照明双轴指向机构伺服驱动需求,提出了长寿命、高可靠两相混合式步进电机伺服控制器方案。该控制器以高可靠MCU作为主控电路,利用LM555时基电路、比较器LM139以及数模转换器AD7228组成正弦细分斩波恒流驱动电路,通过集成H桥电路LMD18200实现对电机功率输出。为实现指向机构闭环控制,以基于旋转变压器的测角元件为采集对象,选用OSC-15801及AD2S80A作为励磁和角度采集电路实现指向机构角度测量。此控制方案具有转动机构低速控制平稳,无低频振荡现象,控制简单、可靠等特点,可满足长寿命、小体积的空间双轴低速指向机构控制。
Aiming at the demand of the servo drive of the biaxial pointing mechanism of space illumination, a long-life and highly reliable two-phase hybrid stepping motor servo controller is proposed. The controller with high reliability MCU as the main control circuit, the use of LM555 time base circuit, comparator LM139 and digital-analog converter AD7228 composed of sinusoidal subdivision chopper constant current driver circuit, through the integrated LM bridge circuit LMD18200 to achieve the motor power output. In order to achieve the point-to-mechanism closed-loop control, using angle measuring device based on resolver as the acquisition object, we choose OSC-15801 and AD2S80A as the excitation and angle acquisition circuit to realize the pointing mechanism angle measurement. The control scheme has the advantages of stable low-speed control of rotating mechanism, no phenomenon of low-frequency oscillation, simple and reliable control and the like, and can satisfy the requirement of long-life and small-volume space biaxial low speed pointing mechanism control.
