采用当年和隔年采集的的毛竹种子 ,用MS培养基 ,添加不同浓度的植物激素和抗生素 ,对毛竹种子进行人工诱导发芽试验。其结果表明 :当年采集的毛竹种子的发芽率为 61%、污染率 4 .97% ;隔年的毛竹种子污染率为 61.67% ,发芽率为 12 .533%。用不同的方式对种子进行消毒处理差异显著 ,尤以处理 3效果最佳。不同的培养基配方对种子的发芽 ,生根也有差异 ,4号培养配方的效果最好 ,其无菌苗得率为61% ,这比传统种植方法的成活率高 6~ 8倍 ,为毛竹的推广提供了一条有效的、快捷的途径
