目的建立反相高效液相色谱法测定八角茴香中莽草酸含量的方法。方法色谱柱为Venusil HILIC(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.5%三氟乙酸(95∶5),流速l.0 mL.min-1,检测波长为210 nm。结果平均回收率为99.54%,RSD为1.28%,符合分析要求。该方法的标准曲线为Y=33 277ρ+149.32,r=0.998 9,线性范围为0.001~6μg。结论方法简便、结果准确、重复性好,适用于含有莽草酸的药材及制剂的质量分析。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of shikimic acid in star anise by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography. Methods The chromatographic column was Venusil HILIC (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.5% trifluoroacetic acid (95: 5) and the flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1. The detection wavelength was 210 nm. Results The average recovery was 99.54%, RSD was 1.28%, in line with the analysis requirements. The standard curve of this method is Y = 33 277ρ + 149.32, r = 0.998 9, and the linear range is 0.001-6μg. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, reproducible and suitable for quality analysis of shikimic acid-containing herbs and preparations.
