研究结果发现,Hg2+(10-8~10-5mol/L)使得处理24小时的Sertoli细胞乳酸含量显著升高,并具有明显的剂量反应关系;Hg2+(10-6~10-5mol/L)使得丙酮酸含量也明显升高。Hg2+(10-6mol/L)使得处理6~24小时的Sertoli细胞乳酸含量均显著高于对照组水平,具有明显的时间反应关系;但丙酮酸含量仅在24小时才显著升高。Hg2+(10-8~10-5mol/L)使得处理24小时的Sertoli细胞内cAMP含量显著下降,具有明显的剂量反应关系。而醋酸锌(Zn2+)对培养的Sertoli细胞的上述观察指标均无影响。
The results showed that Hg2 + (10-8 ~ 10-5mol / L) significantly increased the content of lactic acid in Sertoli cells treated with Hg2 + (10-6 ~ 10-5mol / L) Pyruvate content also significantly increased. Hg2 + (10-6mol / L) made the content of lactic acid of Sertoli cells treated for 6-24 hours significantly higher than that of the control group, and had obvious time response relationship; however, the content of pyruvate increased only significantly after 24 hours. Hg2 + (10-8 ~ 10-5mol / L) significantly reduced the cAMP content in Sertoli cells treated for 24 hours, with a significant dose-response relationship. The zinc acetate (Zn2 +) on cultured Sertoli cells had no effect on the above indicators.
