为了揭示冷加工变形对IF钢内耗行为的影响,试验通过拉伸的方法,使IF钢产生不同的变形量。随后分别对其进行内耗试验,分析冷加工变形量对Snoek内耗峰和SKK内耗峰的影响。结果表明:随着冷加工变形量的增加,IF钢试样的Snoek内耗峰峰高逐渐减小,对应的峰温几乎不发生变化;而SKK内耗峰峰高逐渐增大,峰温则逐渐减小。
In order to reveal the influence of cold working distortion on the internal friction loss of IF steel, different deformations of IF steel were produced through the method of drawing. Then, the internal friction test was carried out to analyze the influence of the cold deformation on the Snoek internal friction peak and the SKK internal friction peak. The results show that with the increase of cold working deformation, the peak internal friction peak of Snoek in IF steel decreases gradually and the corresponding peak temperature hardly changes. However, the peak internal friction peak of SK steel increases gradually and the peak temperature decreases .
