斜拉桥是一种高次超静定的桥跨结构,其理想的几何线形与合理的内力状态不仅与设计有关,而且还依赖于科学合理的施工方法。如何通过施工时的索力调整来获得预先设计的应力状态和几何线形,是斜拉桥施工中非常关键的问题。该文结合绵阳城南新区一号桥的施工监控实践,针对其结构特性和施工方法,考虑温度、收缩徐变以及各种施工荷载,进行了施工控制仿真计算。确定各个施工阶段的索力,控制主梁的线形和应力,为斜拉桥的施工控制提供依据。
Cable-stayed bridge is a high-order statically indeterminate bridge structure. Its ideal geometric shape and reasonable internal force state are not only related to design, but also rely on scientific and reasonable construction methods. How to obtain the pre-designed stress state and geometrical linearity by adjusting the cable force during construction is a very critical issue in the construction of cable-stayed bridges. According to the construction monitoring practice of No. 1 Bridge in Chengnan New District of Mianyang, this paper, based on its structural characteristics and construction methods, considers the temperature, shrinkage and creep, and various construction loads. The construction control simulation is carried out. Determine the cable force in each construction stage, control the main girder’s line shape and stress, and provide the basis for the construction control of the cable-stayed bridge.
