本文探讨了层粘连蛋白(FN)和纤粘连蛋白(LN)对两株细胞体外粘附的影响,以及与其转移能力的相关性。结果显示LN和FN对高转移的下细胞的附壁及对淋巴结组织的粘附均有促进作用。而低转移的P细胞仅FN对其初期(3小时)附壁和淋巴结组织的粘附有一定影响。提示瘤细胞质膜受体蛋白的表达与其转移能力密切相关。
This article explored the effects of laminin (FN) and fibronectin (LN) on the in vitro adhesion of two cells and their correlation with their metastatic capacity. The results showed that both LN and FN promoted the adhesion of highly metastatic lower cells and adhesion to lymph node tissues. However, FN of low metastatic P cells only had a certain influence on the adherence of the adherent and lymph node tissues in the early stage (3 hours). It suggests that the expression of tumor cell plasma membrane receptor protein is closely related to its metastatic ability.
