This piece of land under development is located in the Jerusalem area, once unmanned, between Israel and Jordan. The Milanese district formed the connection between the Old City and the New Town. In 1972, Moses Safdie Architects accepted urban design with a land area of 11.2hm2, making it an area of core business and hybrid capabilities. The master plan calls for a remodeling of a park in the historic canyon of Hinnom. South Bank has 250 units and a 385-room hotel, while on the North Shore there is a bus terminus, a 1,600-car public car park, a two-level pedestrian mall with a total retail space of 27,870m2, and Apartment, office building and another hotel.
