Objective To analyze the effects of different modes of delivery on postpartum hemorrhage, lactation time and perinatal infant body mass in mothers, so as to provide basis for correct choice of mode of delivery. Methods A total of 275 primiparae were delivered by cesarean section. According to the principle of 1: 1 control, primiparous women with vaginal delivery during the same period were used as controls. The effects of different modes of delivery on postpartum hemorrhage, lactation time and perinatal weight were analyzed . Results The differences of maternal postpartum hemorrhage, lactation time and perinatal weight in different modes of delivery were statistically significant. The indexes of vaginal delivery group were superior to those of cesarean section delivery group. Conclusion Trans vaginal delivery is a natural physiological process, which is more conducive to maternal and infant health than cesarean delivery.
