新版大学英语四级考试对考生听说能力的关注度大幅提高,因此有必要对听力部分测试的反拨作用进行实证研究。本研究对吉林省内十所高校的一线大学英语教师进行了问卷调查与访谈,从教师角度调查四级考试听力部分的反拨作用。研究结果表明:现行四级考试听力部分对教师听力课堂设置及教学态度同时存在正面与负面反拨作用。前者主要表现在大学英语听力施考及听力课程的重视度方面;后者主要表现在其对考试效度、教学内容、教学进度与顺序、教学方法、教学深度及广度的影响等五个方面。
The new version of CET4 has raised the awareness of candidates’ listening and speaking abilities. Therefore, it is necessary to make an empirical study on the counterproductive effect of the listening part of the test. This study conducted a questionnaire survey and interviews with first-line university English teachers in ten universities in Jilin Province, and investigated the counter-dialectical function of the listening comprehension of the fourth-grade examinations from a teacher’s point of view. The results show that: the listening part of the current four exams has positive and negative backwash effects on the teacher’s listening class and teaching attitude. The former is mainly reflected in the emphasis on college English listening test and listening curriculum; the latter is mainly reflected in five aspects: test validity, teaching content, teaching progress and order, teaching method, teaching depth and breadth.
