1961年以来,我国已执行硬度新标准,但轴承行业还一直采用旧标准。本文是修改轴承硬度标准的一部分研究工作,文中着重探讨硬度对接触疲劳寿命和耐磨性能的影响。通过实验证明:1.当试样原始组织为2级,硬度在HRc(新)62左右时,接触疲劳寿命最高。2.硬度在HRc(新)57—65范围内变化时,硬度愈高,耐磨性愈好。在硬度低于HRc(新)61时,随着硬度的降低,耐磨性能急剧下降,在高于HRc(新)61以上时,硬度对耐磨性能影响较为平缓。附图10幅。
Since 1961, China has implemented the new hardness standard, but the bearing industry has also adopted the old standard. This paper is to modify the hardness of the bearing part of the research work, the paper focuses on the hardness of contact fatigue life and wear resistance. The experiment proves: 1. When the original structure of the sample is grade 2 and the hardness is about HRc (new) 62, the contact fatigue life is the highest. 2. Hardness HRc (new) 57-65 range changes, the higher the hardness, the better wear resistance. When the hardness is less than HRc (new) 61, the wear resistance decreases sharply as the hardness decreases, and when it exceeds 61 (HRc), the hardness has a more moderate effect on the wear resistance.
