实验研究了用于燃煤电厂管道气力输送煤粉颗粒粒径和速度在线测量的粒子轨迹图像法,考察了主要记录参数对测量结果的影响:成像系统空间分辨率和电荷耦合元件(charge-coupled device,CCD)曝光时间。前者由CCD芯片分辨率和成像放大倍率确定,与颗粒粒径测量相关;后者则与颗粒速度测量相关。通过一系列实验测试表明:为获得较为准确的颗粒粒径和速度分布结果,应选择合适的成像系统成像倍率,使得颗粒占像素比N大于6,同时选择合适的CCD相机曝光时间,使颗粒轨迹图像的长宽比R介于3~8之间。该文研究结果可为所提出的基于粒子轨迹图像的测量系统记录参数的确定提供依据,为其在燃煤电厂煤粉参数在线测量的成功应用打下基础。
The particle trajectory image method for on-line measurement of pulverized coal particle size and velocity in pneumatic conveying of coal-fired power plant pipeline was experimentally studied. The influence of the main recording parameters on the measurement results was investigated: the spatial resolution of the imaging system and charge-coupled device, CCD) exposure time. The former is determined by the CCD chip resolution and imaging magnification, which is related to the particle size measurement; the latter is related to the particle velocity measurement. Through a series of experimental tests, it is shown that, in order to get more accurate particle size and velocity distribution results, a suitable imaging system imaging magnification should be chosen so that the ratio of particles to N is greater than 6, and the appropriate CCD camera exposure time is chosen so that the particle trajectory The aspect ratio R of the image is between 3 and 8. The results of this paper can provide the basis for the determination of the recording parameters of the measurement system based on the particle trajectory image and lay a foundation for its successful application in online measurement of pulverized coal parameters in coal-fired power plants.
