Objective: To observe the risk of HIV / AIDS among drug users in community. Methods: The data of Zhongshan population, sentinel surveillance, voluntary counseling and monitoring clinics (VCT), prisons, prisons, hospital HIV testing and CD4 + T lymphocyte count from 2011 to 2014 were analyzed. After confirmed by HIV confirmatory test, 45 people were HIV-infected, with an infection rate of 11.25%. TPPA positive in 80 cases, the positive rate was 20%. Syphilis infection in 40 cases, the infection rate was 10%. Zhongshan City, 2011 HIV antibody positive cases in 8 cases, 8 cases in 2012, 12 cases in 2013, 2014, 10 cases, 2015, 12 cases.
