用免疫组化方法观察了兔甲状腺摄取一定剂量~(131)I后一周时甲状腺滤泡细胞Bax和p53基因蛋白的表达情况。结果表明,~(131)I组的Bax阳性表达率高达88.9%,与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.005),而p53在~(131)I组和对照组皆为阴性表达。这提示~(131)I的电离辐射所致甲状腺滤泡细胞凋亡与Bax基因蛋白的表达密切相关。
Immunohistochemistry was used to observe the expression of Bax and p53 protein in thyroid follicular cells one week after thyroid uptake of ~ (131) I in rabbit thyroid gland. The results showed that the positive expression rate of Bax in ~ (131) I group was as high as 88.9%, which was significantly different from that in control group (P <0.005), while it was negative in ~ (131) I group and control group. This suggests that the apoptosis of thyroid follicles induced by ~ (131) I ionizing radiation is closely related to the expression of Bax gene protein.
