我厂船用铜套(长550~1000毫米,外圆80~200毫米,内圆40~160毫米)以前规定用ZQSn10—2、ZQSn6—6—3锡青铜。工艺是砂型和金属型铸造,采用上注雨淋式浇口,经扩散退火,废品率高达60%左右,成本也高。后改用锰铁黄铜,工艺是砂型底注。冒口大,浇注系统复杂,铜水利用率35%左右,质量不稳定,废品率在30~35%。后来我们又组织了三结合试验小组,根据兄弟厂的先进经验,进行了低压铸造试验。经过多次试验,终于在1965年底试验成功并正式用于生产,效果良好。又经过多年的实践和改进,根据低压铸造可使金属组织致密的特点,将铜套材料改为杂铜(多系锰铁黄铜切屑)。
My factory ship copper sleeve (550 to 1000 mm long, 80 to 200 mm cylindrical, the inner circle of 40 to 160 mm) previously provided with ZQSn10-2, ZQSn6-6-3 tin bronze. Process is sand and metal casting, pouring rain shower gate, the diffusion annealing, rejection rate as high as 60%, the cost is high. After the switch to ferromanganese brass, the process is a sand-based betting. Later, we organized a three-tiered test team and conducted a low-pressure casting test according to the advanced experience of our brother factory. After many tests, finally succeeded in the end of 1965 and formally used in production, with good results. And after many years of practice and improvement, according to the characteristics of low pressure casting can make the metal dense, the copper sleeve material is changed to miscellaneous copper (multi-department ferromanganese brass chip).
