教学观支配着教师的教学实践活动,决定着教师在教学活动中采取的态度和方法。由教师的教向学生的学转化是现代教学观的核心。教学关系是教师的教与学生的学的统一,这种统一的实质是交往。作为新课程下的教师应从改进师生间交往的方向、维度,实现由单向单维到多向多维的改变;改善师理论生间的交往方式,实现由专制型向民主型的转变;增进师生间交往的时空频度,面向全体学生,面向学生学习的全过程;改变课堂气氛,构建充满生命活力的课堂运行体系等方面改善教学中的师生交往。
The teaching concept dominates the teaching practice of teachers, which determines the attitude and methods adopted by teachers in teaching activities. The transformation from teacher’s teaching to student’s study is the core of modern teaching concept. The teaching relationship is the unification of teacher’s teaching and student’s learning. The essence of this unity is communication. As a teacher under the new curriculum, we should make efforts to change the direction and dimension of interaction between teachers and students, to achieve the change from unidirectional one-dimensional to multidimensional and multidimensional, to improve the communication between teachers and students, and to achieve the transformation from autocracy to democracy. The frequency of interaction between teachers and students, for all students, for the entire process of student learning; to change the classroom atmosphere, to build a full life and vitality of the classroom operation system and other aspects to improve the teaching of teacher-student interaction.
