采用《田纳西自我概念量表》(大学生版)(TSCS)和《成就动机量表》(AMS)对159名高职院校大学生进行调查,探讨了高职院校学生非学业自我概念与成就动机的关系。结果表明:1)高职生在追求成功动机上性别差异并不显著,但是在避免失败动机和合成动机上存在显著的性别差异,女生的避免失败动机显著高于男生,而男生的合成动机显著的高于女生。2)女生的道德伦理自我显著的高于男生,自我概念的其他4个维度性别差异不显著。3)等级回归发现社会自我概念能够显著正向预测成就动机,显著负向预测避免失败动机。
A survey of 159 vocational college students was carried out using the Tennessee Self-Concept Scale (TSCS) and Achievement Motivation Scale (AMS) to investigate the non-academic self-concept and achievement motivation Relationship. The results showed that: 1) There was no significant gender difference in the motivation of higher vocational students, but there was a significant gender difference in avoiding failure motivation and synthetic motivation, the motivation of girls to avoid failure was significantly higher than that of boys, while the motivation of boys synthesis was significant Higher than girls. 2) The morality and ethics of girls are significantly higher than that of boys and there is no significant gender difference in the other four dimensions of self-concept. 3) The regression of rank shows that social self-concept can significantly predict the achievement motivation positively, and negatively forecast the motivation of avoiding failure.
