构建番茄中MAPKK基因tMEK2的过量表达载体并转化到大岩桐中,通过PCR和Southernblot鉴定出转基因株系并对其进行抗性分析。结果表明,转基因植株与对照相比叶片变小,叶片的叶绿素含量显著增加,在4℃低温和40℃高温胁迫之后的恢复能力明显比对照增强。
The overexpression vector MAPKK tMEK2 in tomato was constructed and transformed into Sinningia. Transgenic lines were identified by PCR and Southern blot. The results showed that compared with the control, the transgenic plants became smaller and the content of chlorophyll in the leaves increased significantly. After 4 ℃ and 40 ℃, the recovery of chlorophyll was obviously higher than that of the control.
