在对我国钛工业（主要是海绵钛和钛材）现状调研的基础上，通过对国内外钛工业现状和发展趋势的分析，简述调整我国钛工业生产规模的必要性和有利条件，提出我国钛工业“十五”规划及２０１０年规划的设想。
Based on the investigation of the status quo of China’s titanium industry (mainly titanium sponge and titanium materials), through the analysis of the status quo and development trends of titanium industry at home and abroad, the necessity and favorable conditions for adjusting the scale of titanium industry production in China are briefly described. Tentative plans for the “Tenth Five-year” titanium industry and plans for 2010.
