由于各种电控盘之间的电气控制多数是通过电气连接线来进行连接的,所以在以前的电气自动化控制系统中需要大量的维护,这样不仅保证不了质量,而且消费还很巨大、造成浪费,而且当工作人员安装比较复杂的线路的时候,又经常会遇到很多不必要的麻烦、想要避免这些缺点,就应该在电气自动化中广泛的应用PLC即编程控制器。PLC具有适应性强、功能完备、可靠性高等特点,在电气自动化控制中应用PLC,大大的提高了电气自动化的水平。本文详细的针对于PLC在电气自动化中的应用进行了分析。
