本文介绍用合金内氧化法和粉末冶金法结合的固相扩散法新工艺制造Ag-CdO触头材料。用金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、电子衍射X光衍射等方法,研究了固相扩散法预制的Ag-Cd合金粉末和内氧化制得的Ag-CdO复合粉末的组织结构和内氧化特点。并对触头的物理机械性能和电气性能进行了试验。结果表明,固相扩散法制得的Ag-CdO触头性能优良,可缩小尺寸(CJ10-40A交流接触器可缩小触头尺寸50%左右),实现节银目的。固相扩散法制得的细小合金粉末是在较低的温度下进行内氧化,且内氧化时间比传统的合金内氧化法显著缩短。因此该工艺也是一项好的节能技术。
This article describes the use of alloy oxidation and powder metallurgy combined solid phase diffusion method of manufacturing Ag-CdO contact material. The microstructure and internal oxidation characteristics of the Ag-Cd alloy powders prepared by the solid-state diffusion method and the Ag-CdO composite powders prepared by the internal oxidation were studied by the methods of metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. The physical and mechanical properties and electrical properties of the contacts were tested. The results show that the Ag-CdO contact made by the solid-state diffusion method has excellent performance and can be reduced in size (CJ10-40A AC contactor can reduce the contact size by about 50% The fine alloy powders obtained by the solid-phase diffusion method are internally oxidized at a lower temperature, and the internal oxidation time is significantly shorter than that of the conventional internal alloy oxidation method. So the process is also a good energy-saving technology.
