阐述高塔尿基复合肥板结机制,介绍史丹利农业集团股份有限公司遵循板结机制制备的高塔尿基复合肥专用ZLY型防板结剂,通过快速成型实验及肥料堆压试验验证其防板结效果。结果表明,ZLY型防板结剂添加量为肥料质量的0.25%时防板结效果理想,堆压45 d后肥料的松散度达97.96%,效果优于市售防板结剂。
The mechanism of tower compaction of urea-based compound fertilizer in tower was introduced. The ZLY-type anti-caking agent for tower urinary compound fertilizer prepared by Stanley Agricultural Group Co., Ltd. complying with the compaction mechanism was introduced. The anti-caking effect was verified by rapid prototyping test and fertilizer compaction test. The results show that ZLY type anti-caking agent has the best anti-caking effect at 0.25% fertilizer dosage. After 45 days of compaction, the looseness of fertilizer reaches 97.96%, which is better than that of commercial anti-caking agent.
