目的:评估577 nm微脉冲激光光凝治疗糖尿病黄斑水肿(DME)的疗效。方法:符合入组标准的DME患者30例30只眼,采用577 nm微脉激光光凝。所有患者接受了最佳矫正视力(ETDRS-BCVA)、光学相干断层扫描(OCT)及荧光素眼底血管造影(FFA)检查,并于治疗后1个月后复查。比较治疗前后患者视力及黄斑中心凹厚度(CMT)改变情况。结果:30例DME患者治疗前BCVA为(61.89±16.26)个字母,治疗后1个月为(65.67±16.75)个字母;治疗前
Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of 577 nm micropulse laser photocoagulation in the treatment of diabetic macular edema (DME). Methods: Thirty eyes of 30 DME patients who met the inclusion criteria were treated with 577 nm micro-pulsed laser photocoagulation. All patients underwent best corrected visual acuity (ETDRS-BCVA), optical coherence tomography (OCT) and fluorescein angiography (FFA) and were reviewed one month after treatment.
