目的通过能力验证计划,对全国实验室的生活饮用水中苯含量检测能力进行分析和评价。方法能力验证计划中使用的被测样品参考二级标准物质制备方法制备,采用单因子方差分析法和线性拟合趋势分析法分别对其进行均匀性检验和稳定性检验。将各参加实验室提交的结果进行迭代稳健统计分析,采用Z比分数评定各参加实验室的测试结果。结果全国共242家实验室参加该项能力验证,获得满意结果的实验室220家,结果满意率为90.9%,可疑结果的有9家,结果可疑率为3.7%,离群结果的有13家,结果离群率为5.4%。结论能力验证统计结果表明,国内实验室的生活饮用水中苯检测能力总体较好,少部分实验室的检测能力有待改进提高。
Objective To analyze and evaluate the detection ability of benzene in drinking water in laboratories in China through proficiency testing plan. Methods The test samples used in the proficiency testing program were prepared by reference to the preparation of secondary standard materials. Univariate analysis of variance and linear fitting trend analysis were used to test the uniformity and stability respectively. The participating laboratories submitted the results of iterative robust statistical analysis, the use of Z scores to assess the participation of the laboratory test results. Results A total of 220 laboratories with satisfactory results were included in 242 laboratories nationwide, with a satisfactory rate of 90.9% and suspicious results of 9, with a suspicious rate of 3.7% and outlier results of 13 , The result was 5.4% out of population. Conclusion The results of proficiency testing show that the detection ability of benzene in drinking water of domestic laboratories is generally good, and the testing ability of a few laboratories needs to be improved and improved.
