目的建立小型巴马猪的下颌角3D打印模型,为模拟临床复杂下颌角截骨术的新型治疗方法提供全面的预手术设计方案。方法选择12个月龄巴马小型猪3只,采用螺旋CT在术前、术后扫描巴马小型猪的头部骨骼形态,应用Mimics 10.01、Geomagic stodio 2013等软件进行下颌骨的三维重建并进行3D打印,设计改良的下颌骨截骨导板,在导板引导下,完成下颌角截骨术。结果经术中验证,巴马小型猪下颌骨3D打印模型能够精确模拟下颌角形态,术前设计的截骨导板能够在术中辅助进行精确截骨。结论数字化3D打印技术对于模拟下颌角形态,辅助术前手术方案设计,进行精确下颌角截骨,有较大的临床应用价值。
Objective To establish a mandibular angle 3D printing model of a miniature Bama pig and to provide a comprehensive preoperative design plan for a new type of treatment for clinical complex mandibular angle osteotomy. Methods Three Bama miniature pigs (12 months old) were selected. Spiral CT was used to scan the head bones of Bama miniature pigs before and after surgery. Three dimensional reconstruction of mandibular bone was performed with software Mimics 10.01 and Geomagic stodio 2013 3D printing, the design of modified mandibular osteotomy guide, guided by the guide plate, complete mandibular angle osteotomy. Results The results showed that mandibular 3D printing model of Parmesan miniature pigs can accurately simulate the mandibular angle morphology. The preoperative osteotomy guide plate can assist in accurate osteotomy during operation. Conclusion Digital 3D printing technology has great clinical value for simulating the mandibular angle morphology, assisting preoperative design of surgical procedures, and accurate mandibular angle osteotomy.
