淀粉型甘薯新品种洛薯11号系洛阳农林科学院、洛阳金谷王种业有限公司以来自国际马铃薯中心的CIP194037-1为母本,多父本放任授粉杂交选育而成。在河南省甘薯品种区域试验(对照品种为徐薯22)、生产试验(对照品种为徐薯18)以及国家北方薯区区域试验和生产试验(对照品种均为徐薯22)中淀粉产量突出,平均淀粉产量、平均鲜薯产量分别为6 220.1、29 258.8 kg/hm~2,与对照相比淀粉增产18.38%、鲜薯增产0.90%;平均淀粉率为21.26%,高出对照3.14个百分点;干基淀粉含量为64.43%,高出对照(徐薯22)3.77个百分点。该品种抗蔓割病,中抗根腐病、茎线虫病,感黑斑病,综合抗病性好,适应性广,分别于2012、2016年通过河南省、国家甘薯新品种鉴定,是较为理想的淀粉加工型甘薯新品种,适于春、夏薯种植。
