节约型高校节能监管平台,主要是通过安装水、电、暖等能源监控设备,对高校能源消耗数据进行采集,实现能效分析、能源审计、能耗预测、节能诊断等功能,为高校能源管理和能源决策提供依据和相应的解决方案。节约型高校节能监管平台一般包括能耗监测系统、照明节电系统、空调节能控制系统、供暖节能系统等子系统。通过建设节约型高校节能监管平台对提高能源管理水平,提升能源利用效率具有重要的意义。
