１００例受试妇女在月经５天内接受长效安宫黄体酮深部肌肉注射。如超过月经第５天者，首先须确定给药前无性生活。产后哺乳妇女在分娩后６周接受注射。以后每３个月注射１次（９０±７ｄ）。结果：连续使用一年其避孕有效率达１００％，续用率达８９９０％。其主要副反应为月经紊乱，用药早期６６３３％妇女出现阴道出血，连续使用一年５１１４％妇女出现闭经。结论：长效安宫黄体酮避孕有效率高、安全、长效，不影响哺乳，可在提供良好咨询条件下使用

CONCLUSION: Long-acting An-decoction progesterone has high efficiency, safety and long-term effect and does not affect breastfeeding. It can be used under the condition of providing good counseling
