文章通过对材料质量控制、贮存管理、采购管理研究得出:材料质量控制的问题主要存在于检测人员能力的不足,检测设备的老旧以及检测制度的不健全.建立完善的检测制度,加强人员能力培养是工程质量的有力保障;材料的进场、贮存的管理在项目狭小场地及超高层建筑复杂的施工工序变得十分困难,采用BIM技术对场地及施工工序模拟优化是解决材料贮存问题的有效途径;采购制度及采购模式的优化将从源头降低工程成本.
