金属的电解加工是基于电解作用的法拉笫定律的基本原理,它是这样叙述的,金属的溶解速度仅仅取决于电流密度和待加工材料的电化当量。这种说法引起了错误的概念,即材料的物理性质和机械性质不影响电解加工的生产率,因为某一金属的电化当量仅决定于其所含的元素,而与组织结构情况无关。这里所作的实验是测定金属的热处理(结构情况)对电解加工生产率及主要对金属溶解速度和表面光洁度的影响。
Electrolytic processing of metals is based on the fundamental principle of the Faraday principle of electrolysis. It is described that the rate of dissolution of a metal depends only on the current density and the eiectruequivalent of the material to be processed. This statement leads to the erroneous notion that the physical and mechanical properties of a material do not affect the productivity of electrolytic processing because the electrochemical equivalent of a metal depends only on the elements it contains and on the structure of the structure. The experiment done here is to determine the effect of the heat treatment (structure) of the metal on the electrolytic processing productivity and mainly on the dissolution rate and the surface finish of the metal.
