目的 探讨不同部位急性脑卒中患者心脏自主神经活性变化规律。方法 对 99例急性脑卒中患者进行 2 4h连续心电检测 ,采用时域分析法观察心率变异性 (HRV)变化。结果 急性脑梗死与脑出血患者HRV指标均显著降低 ,右大脑半球梗死的HRV降低较左侧明显 ,脑干出血患者的HRV与死亡患者的HRV无显著性差异。结论 急性脑卒中患者HRV明显降低 ,其可能是急性脑卒中患者发生心脏性猝死的主要因素之一。
Objective To investigate the changes of cardiac autonomic nerve activity in patients with acute stroke at different locations. Methods Ninety-four patients with acute stroke were examined by continuous electrocardiogram (ECG) for 24 hours. The changes of heart rate variability (HRV) were observed by time-domain analysis. Results The HRV index of acute cerebral infarction and intracerebral hemorrhage were significantly decreased. The HRV of right hemisphere infarction was lower than that of left hemisphere. There was no significant difference between HRV and death HRV in patients with brainstem hemorrhage. Conclusion The HRV of patients with acute stroke is obviously decreased, which may be one of the main causes of sudden cardiac death in patients with acute stroke.
