本课题包括:①对机会致病寄生虫,包括弓形虫、卡氏肺孢子虫及隐孢子虫动物模型的建立,虫体的分离及提纯;②弓形虫感染的循环抗原(CA)和抗体(IgG、IgM),用竞争抑制酶联免疫吸附试验(IELISA)、金葡菌A蛋白酶联免疫吸附试验(SPAELISA)、直接捕获法酶联免疫吸附试验(DELISA)进行检测;③用地高辛标记探针及聚合酶链反应(PCR)检测核酸,自由引物PCR鉴别弓形虫株以及生物特性;④用流式细胞仪对卡氏肺孢子虫及弓形虫的DNA、RNA及蛋白质含量的动力学进行了分析;⑤用激光微束系统对含8个子孢子成熟包囊施行手术,切除4个或2个子孢子后,包囊仍具有感染力。
