地方志索引对方志文献的利用意义重大,旧志索引虽有成绩但总体上编制不易,制约了其文献价值的发挥。由中国索引学会等四家单位起草的《索引编制规则》(总则)已正式发布和实施,可对各类各种文献索引的编制起到指导和规范作用。在《规则》的指导下,更加充分地编制旧志索引已成为可能。 Local history index has great significance for the utilization of local history literature, although the old history index has some problems but its overall preparation is not easy, restricting the exertion of its literature value. The “Rules for Indexing Rules” (General Rules) drafted by the four institutes such as the China Index Society have been formally released and implemented, which can guide and regulate the preparation of various kinds of indexed documents. Under the guidance of the Rules, it has become possible to compile the index of old records more fully.
