目的:从地质角度探讨影响钻井安全的因素,为预防钻井事故和提高工程质量提供地质依据。方法:运用统计分析方法,对104口新钻井质量问题及事故发生的原因进行了综合分析,阐明了影响钻井安全的地质因素。结果:高采出程度、高压注水和井况恶化引起的地下注采关系、油水分布和压力状况的复杂化是影响钻井安全的主要因素。结论:断块油气田开发中后期预防钻井事故、提高质量的主要对策是,综合运用邻井钻井、测井和注采生产动态资料,强化钻井地质研究,准确预测钻遇层系油水关系和压力分布;钻井设计应针对具体区块和层系,适应断块油气田开发中后期储层变化特点。
Objective: To explore the factors influencing drilling safety from the geological point of view, and provide the geological basis for preventing drilling accidents and improving the project quality. Methods: Using the statistical analysis method, a comprehensive analysis of the 104 new drilling quality problems and the causes of the accident was made, and the geological factors affecting the drilling safety were clarified. Results: The relationship between underground injection and production caused by high recovery rate, high pressure water injection and deteriorating well conditions, and the complicated oil-water distribution and pressure conditions are the main factors affecting drilling safety. Conclusions: The main countermeasure to prevent drilling accident and improve quality in middle and later development of fault block oil and gas fields is to synthetically use the drilling, well logging and injection production data of adjacent wells to enhance the drilling geology research and accurately predict the oil-water relationship and pressure distribution in the drilling layer ; Drilling design should be specific to the block and stratigraphic system to adapt to the characteristics of reservoir changes in the middle and late development of fault block oil and gas fields.
