对于乡镇卫生院的管理上,绩效考核是新医改中的重点,它不但可以连接医院总体的战略,并且能够达到监控、协调与发展医院员工的积极性,并且能够更好地优化各个方面的管理流程。但是由于我国在乡镇卫生院中实施绩效考核的时间短,所以就造成了大多数的乡镇卫生院并没有形成科学有效的考核规范体系,并且对于乡镇卫生院的财务管理上还存在着疏忽,不能适应当今社会的医疗卫生的发展需求。本文主要讨论一下乡镇卫生院绩效考核管理(财务管理)中的存在哪些问题以及给出相应的对策。

This article mainly discusses what problems exist in the performance appraisal management (financial management) of township hospitals and gives the corresponding countermeasures.
