板栗的采收和贮存是影响其质量的主要环节,这一阶段造成板栗霉烂变质的主要原因有: 1、采收过早。板栗还没有达到充分成熟,进行一次打落采收的粟果色泽淡,果形不正,品质下降,果实内部贮存营养物质不足,所以极不耐贮藏。 2、采收后,长时间堆积,不进行脱粒,或喷水过多,致使发热变质。采收初期的栗蓬栗果水分大,温度高,呼吸强,如堆积场地不适宜,极易出现堆温高,通风不良,使栗果霉烂。 3、机械损伤。采收、脱粒、加工、贮藏、装运过程中,造成栗果机械损伤,导致病害侵入而霉烂。
