相对于城市教师来说,农村中小学教师由于外在资源和内在因素等的影响,教学能力相对较低。要提高农村教师教学能力,就要优化农村教育环境。教师要在吸收传统教学思想和教学方法的同时,及时渗透现代教育思想,掌握现代教育技术,通过广泛阅读增加知识储备,多听优质课,向具有教学经验的优秀老师学习,把课堂教学和反思结合起来,掌握灵活多样的教学方法,使自己的教学能力得以提高,从而提高课堂教学效率和教学质量,进而达到农村教师队伍整体教学能力提高的目的。
