氯硝柳胺又称灭绦灵,属抗寄生虫病药中的驱绦虫药,对多种绦虫有较高疗效。近年来,多项研究结果发现氯硝柳胺有潜在抗肿瘤活性,其相关作用机制主要包括影响Wnt/β-catenin、雷帕霉素靶蛋白C1、信号转导子和转录激活因子3、核因子-κB、活性氧和Notch信号通路等,从而诱导细胞周期阻滞、细胞凋亡等。虽然氯硝柳胺具有抗肿瘤活性,但其具体分子机制尚未完全明确。本文就氯硝柳胺在肿瘤治疗中机制的研究进展作一综述。
Niclosamide, also known as carbendazim, is an anti-parasitic drug that drives aphids and has a high efficacy against a variety of aphids. In recent years, several studies have found that niclosamide has potential anti-tumor activity. Its related mechanisms include the effects of Wnt/β-catenin, rapamycin target protein C1, signal transducers, and transcription activator 3, and nuclear. Factor-kappa B, active oxygen and Notch signaling pathways, etc., thereby inducing cell cycle arrest and apoptosis. Although niclosamide has anti-tumor activity, its specific molecular mechanism is not yet fully understood. This article reviews the research progress of niclosamide in the treatment of cancer.
